En este tiempo pusimos manos y recursos para articular la asistencia brindada desde Ministerio de Desarrollo social de la Nación, por medio del Instituto Nacional del Teatro para asegurar que lleguen módulos alimentarios a lxs compañerxs que lo necesitan.
Mantuvimos una serie de encuentros con la Secretaría de Cultura del Gobierno de Río Negro en los que acercamos nuestras propuestas acerca de las políticas que consideramos necesarias de implementar en este contexto de pandemia.
Ante la ausencia de un relevamiento del sector por parte del gobierno provincial
realizamos nuestro propio relevamiento de la situación de compañerxs en emergencia económica y lo pusimos a disposición.
Mantuvimos distintos encuentros con legisladores provinciales con el fin de que se impulse la declaración de la emergencia cultural.
Convocamos a senadorxs y diputadxs de la provincia en Nación, para seguir profundizando en los pedidos y emergencias de nuestro sector y para informarnos sobre el estado de proyectos que buscan atender al sector en este contexto, como la «Ley de sostenimiento y reactivación productiva de la actividad Turística Nacional». Se les solicitó su intervención para ser atendidos por la gobernadora de la provincia, Arabela Carreras. Además, se les interiorizó sobre la situación crítica de dos colectivos emblema de la provincia, Casa de la Cultura de Fiske Menuco (General Roca) y Les Mirones de Las Grutas.
Luego de esta gestión fuimos convocados a una reunión con la Ministra de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, Martha Vélez y parte del equipo de la Secretaría de Cultura. Allí volvimos a exponer las demandas del sector, manifestamos nuestro rechazo a que se nos haga competir para acceder a la asistencia del estado y la necesidad de políticas culturales acordes al contexto pandémico actual. Surgió el compromiso de constituir una nueva mesa de diálogo y volver a revisar nuestras propuestas sobre el programa Más Cultura.
Respecto a la situación crítica de Casa de la Cultura de Roca y la posible caída de la cogestión por parte del colectivo Les Mirones de la Casa de la Cultura de Las Grutas, desde la Asamblea impulsamos sus demandas y brindamos acompañamiento para que se entienda que sus situaciones preocupan a toda la comunidad teatral provincial, con la convicción de que «tocan a unx y nos tocan a todxs».
Dentro de las gestiones, mantuvimos un encuentro con el representante provincial del Instituto Nacional del Teatro, Héctor Segura, con quien se abordaron distintos aspectos que hacen a la actualidad del sector, profundizamos en la situación presupuestaria del Instituto y las posibles políticas a implementar en el mediano plazo.
Ha sido un tiempo de trabajo intenso el vivido hasta el momento, con la convicción de que no estamos solxs atravesando esta situación, en la que no podemos encontrarnos en salas y espacios teatrales, en la que no podemos trabajar y asegurarnos el sustento.
Tenemos la certeza de que la construcción colectiva es la herramienta para mejorar nuestro presente y lograr mejores condiciones en el futuro.
Convocamos a lxs compañerxs que todavía no se han sumado al trabajo a ser parte de este proceso colectivo, democrático y plural.
